For virtual audition, please refer to the question, "what materials do I need to prepare for the audition?" above.
Q: When will the project take place?
A: The project will have three major phases -- 1) pre-filming rehearsal period, 2) filming, and 3) post-production. The actors/dancers will be needed for the first and second phases of the project, which will take place during late June until early August. The rehearsals will, hopefully, take place during the last weeks of June until the first few weeks of July.

Q: Do you have to be a University of Kentucky's student to participate in this project?
A: No! We are open for anyone and everyone as long as you can commute to Lexington, KY easily. The project is produced by the Creativity Club at the University of Kentucky, which is why we are posting the updates on our existing website!
Q: What is the time commitment and expectations?
A: We are planning to schedule most of the filming and rehearsal dates closer to the weekends. As soon as we have the cast, we will set up schedule for everyone. For the first few rehearsals, we would like to have everyone so that everyone can see the context of the film overall. But we promise that we won't take up that much time from your regular daily activities!
Q: Do you need any older/younger performers?
A: Absolutely! We need people from the age of 6 up to 70s, since the film's story involves three to four stages of life in the main character! So, don't be afraid to sign up for the audition :)
Q: What kind of film will this be?
A: We can't really provide any references or comparisons. We haven't really seen many movies that deal with piano music and dance/movements that tell stories primarily other than the Step Up series, but this film wouldn't be any similar to the Step Up series.
